These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the iCon mobile application and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
You retain ownership of content you post ("User Content"), including messages, videos, and comments. By posting User Content, you grant iCon a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to store, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.
You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent and warrant that your content:
We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to the Service or its users.

iCon offers optional in-app purchases processed through the Apple App Store. All purchases are subject to Apple's payment terms. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies.
iCon is not responsible for any issues arising from Apple's payment processing system.
The iCon name, logo, app design, and all related materials are the exclusive property of iCon and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, or reproduce any iCon branding or materials without our prior written consent.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. ICON DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ICON AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL ICON'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO ICON IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $1 USD, WHICHEVER IS HIGHER.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless iCon and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services including Firebase (Google) and RevenueCat. iCon is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party services. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and policies.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and iCon regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
